All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days; however, we cannot guarantee this timeframe as we are a small business. The delivery time varies based on the destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

2. Customs Responsibilities

For orders shipped to non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees are not included in our pricing, so please review your country’s customs policies before placing an order. She Is Earth is not responsible for any customs-related requirements, delays, or actions taken in your country.

3. Shipment Delivery

She Is Earth is not liable for missed deliveries if the customer fails to respond to delivery notifications, resulting in a returned package. If your order is returned to us due to a missed delivery, the cost of reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.

4. Damaged Shipments
